We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing UK Inbound DMC for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to focus on the Spanish-speaking groups markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional with strong B2B relationships across Spain and wider Spanish-speaking regions, promoting and selling group travel programmes to the UK & Ireland.
Business Development Manager / Account Manager Role:
- Develop and grow B2B partnerships with travel agents and tour operators across Spanish-speaking markets
- Promote UK & Ireland group travel programmes
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings
Business Development Manager / Account Manager Experience:
- Previous experience within UK Inbound Groups, DMC, or Group Travel sales essential
- Strong existing contacts with B2B agents/tour operators in Spanish-speaking regions
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
