We have partnered with a fast-growing and highly respected Destination Management Company specialising in UK & Ireland inbound travel, leisure group tours, and MICE events to recruit an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager focused on the Spanish & LATAM markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional to take ownership of key international markets, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across Spanish-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across Spain & LATAM markets
  • Develop and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with tour operators, agencies, and event planners
  • Manage leisure, corporate, and MICE accounts
  • Attend international trade shows and networking events
  • Conduct regular overseas travel to strengthen market presence
  • Deliver reporting, forecasting, and CRM management

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience within Inbound UK tourism or DMC environments
