Fluent Arabic Speaking Senior Luxury Private Travel ManagerBase salary to £38,000 (based on experience) + up to £3,600 per annum in bonuses.

Hybrid – Central London or fully remote within the UK.

Our client is an exclusive lifestyle and concierge company specialising in bespoke, ultra‐luxury holidays for Ultra HNWI clients worldwide.

The role covers travel in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Americas, Latin America, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Europe, including private villas, private jet charters, skiing holidays, exclusive boutique hotels, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email, designing bespoke travel requests based on their needs.

Use destination knowledge and previous experience to establish clients\’ requirements and recommend suitable programmes.

Use Amadeus to book flights and make any necessary amendments.

Book all aspects of travel for customers, including flights, private charters, hotels, car hire and more.

Be available to resolve any pre‐ and post‐departure issues.

Required Experience

Previous GDS experience and flight knowledge is essential.

Fluent Arabic at native/mother‐tongue level in reading, writing and speaking.

Extensive tailor‐made experience within the luxury travel industry, dealing with UHNWI clients.

Professional and engaging telephone manner with the ability to develop rapport.

Effective sales and customer service skills.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary to £38,000 (based on experience) + up to £3,600 per annum in bonuses.

25 days annual leave.
