An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join a growing and well-established UK Inbound DMC specialising in group travel to the UK & Ireland. We are seeking a commercially driven travel professional with strong connections across the Spanish‑speaking travel trade, including tour operators and B2B travel agents selling group travel programmes to the UK and Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with experience within UK inbound tourism, group travel sales, destination management companies (DMCs), or international travel business development who is looking to further develop an established market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow B2B partnerships across Spain and Spanish‑speaking markets
  • Drive sales growth for UK & Ireland inbound group travel programmes
  • Manage and develop key travel trade accounts and tour operator relationships
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the group travel sector
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to deliver high-quality group travel solutions, cost and quote tours
  • Promote bespoke group tours, Corporate MICE, Leisure groups, and Special interest programmes to the UK & Ireland

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within UK Inbound Tourism, Group Travel, DMC, or Travel Sales
  • Existing relationships with Spanish‑speaking travel agents and tour operators
  • Strong knowledge of the UK & Ireland travel market
  • Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
  • Experience in business development, account management, or travel trade sales
  • Self‑motivated and commercially focused with strong relationship‑building abilities

  • Additional experience developing LATAM travel markets would be highly advantageous
