Job Description
Our client is a specialist inbound tour operator based in South West London now recruiting, a fluent Brazilian / Portuguese speaker to join their team.\\n\\nThey are offering an opportunity to a Groups Reservations Executive from a Hotel or Groups Operations from a Inbound Operator to come forward with an application.\\n\\n * Training and on boarding are delivered with 2 full weeks in the office then you will be able to work Hybrid.\\n\\nThis is a position that is Monday to Friday, NO Emergency phones – unless very ad hoc\\n\\nGroups Operations duties include:\\n\\n * Booking accommodation and ground services throughout the UK and France.\\n\\n * Answering queries and providing advice on various travel products and services.\\n\\n * Negotiating rates with suppliers including hotels, coaches, restaurants, guides and entertainment venues\\n\\n * Building close working relationships with travel trade clients and suppliers\\n\\n * Attending site inspections and preparing and attending Fam trips\\n\\n * All Operating aspects of the tour to final invoicing\\n\\n * Attending Trade shows and Exhibitions to represent the Company\\n\\nGroups Operations Administrator Experience:\\n\\n * Portuguese / Brazilian speaker\\n\\n * Hotel Reservations / Inbound Travel Experience\\n\\n * Exceptional Customer Service skills, and have worked in an admiration position.\\n\\n * Looking to always exceed expectations\\n\\n * Ability to manage own workload\\n\\n * High level of attention to detail and accuracy\\n\\n * Strong planning and organisational skills\\n\\n * Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment\\n\\nTo apply forthisposition, please email your full current CV as soon as possible.\\n\\nPrevious job titles that will be considered for this role include but are not limited to: Travel Agent, Reservations Consultant, Reservations Agent, Reservations Executive, Holiday Advisor, Travel Telesales, Travel Executive & Retail Travel Agent
