Antella Recruitment is delighted to be managing the recruitment for a Group inbound tour operator seeking a Italian Speaking Groups & Operations Executive.

Working within a fast-paced inbound travel environment, you will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries for international groups travelling throughout the UK and Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating with suppliers and managing bookings from enquiry through to completion.

The Role

  • Manage group travel enquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Create bespoke itineraries for international groups.
  • Liaise with hotels, attractions and transport suppliers to negotiate rates and availability.
  • Confirm bookings and prepare travel documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

About You

  • Fluent in Italian and English (essential).
  • Experience within Inbound Travel, Hotel Group Reservations, Reservations or Hotel Reception.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive team player with a passion for travel.
