Antella Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of an established and rapidly growing inbound travel specialist seeking an Italian Speaking Groups Operations Executive to join their multilingual operations team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about UK & Ireland inbound tourism who enjoys managing complex group travel arrangements and delivering exceptional client experiences across international markets. The business works with a wide range of overseas travel partners, creating bespoke programmes throughout the UK and Ireland for leisure groups, educational travel, cultural itineraries and experiential tours.
This role sits within a busy operational department responsible for coordinating and delivering group travel programmes from confirmation through to successful completion. The successful candidate will manage multiple international group bookings simultaneously, ensuring all travel services are secured accurately, supplier relationships are maintained and clients receive a seamless travel experience. You will work closely with internal sales and contracting teams, alongside hotels, attractions, restaurants, transport providers and guides across the UK and Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate confirmed group travel arrangements across the UK & Ireland
- Book hotels, restaurants, attractions, transport and additional ground services
- Review client itineraries and ensure all operational details are accurate
- Negotiate competitive rates and maintain strong supplier partnerships
- Monitor booking deadlines, payment schedules and operational timelines
- Manage amendments, reconfirmations and last-minute operational changes
- Prepare operational documentation including rooming lists and vouchers
- Ensure all booking systems and files are updated accurately
- Support clients and suppliers with any operational queries
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and organised travel professional with previous experience operating inbound groups within the UK & Ireland market. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Previous experience within inbound tour operations or DMC environments
- Strong understanding of UK & Ireland destinations and suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident communication skills with both clients and suppliers
Additional European language skills would be considered advantageous.
