You’ll work with international travel partners to design and deliver standout group itineraries - combining top-tier hotels, seamless logistics, and unique, memorable experiences. Even better - this role offers a clear pathway into Contracting & Purchasing, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and negotiating with hotels and suppliers to secure the best rates and added value
- Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation with exceptional attention to detail
- Building strong relationships with suppliers
- Working at pace, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Supporting the wider team across purchasing and operations when needed
- Getting involved in familiarisation trips and industry events
What our client is looking for:
- Experience in group travel, group hotel reservations, or groups inbound tourism
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland destinations
- A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
- Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware
- A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel a bonus)
- Additional European language? Even better
