Flights Coordinator Base salary to £28,000 Bonus and Great Benefits Hybrid – Central London or fully remote within the UK Our client is an award-winning tour operator who is a specialist in escorted tours to worldwide destinations. Due to growth and expansion, they are now recruiting for an experienced a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flights Coordinator to their team. The Flights Coordinator will be responsible for managing and booking all air travel for their clients participating in escorted group tours ensuring a seamless and cost-effective flight arrangements, offering the best possible customer service. To be considered, candidates must have previous travel industry experience in booking flights with knowledge of a major GDS preferably Amadeus. This role is offered on a hybrid basis -Central London or fully remote within the UK. Flights Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities: Book and manage flight reservations for customers joining escorted group tours, ensuring alignment with tour start and end dates Coordinate group air blocks as well as individual bookings, depending on customer needs Assisting the aviation team by managing flight cancellations and schedule changes, ensuring timely rebooking and clear communication to our clients. Resolve issues proactively to minimize disruption to tour participation Flights Coordinator Experience Required: Experience booking flights in a travel agency, tour operator, or similar environment. Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred). Ticketing experience is not necessary – someone who is proficient with a GDS and a quick learner Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
