Our client is a well-established direct sell travel company who specialise in bespoke luxury tailor-made holidays to worldwide destinations. They are launching a luxury cruise department and are seeking an experienced and dedicated cruise specialist to join at this time of growth. Candidates must have previous luxury cruise sales experience with a deep product knowledge of cruise products and operators to create portfolio of high margin cruise luxury cruise product to include small boutique cruises as well as the major cruise operators across core regions. The Cruise Sales and Product Executive will be responsible for managing and converting sales with a view to grow the business to a position where the role will become a full time product role. This role is based offered on a hybrid basismin 2 days in the office a week- Central London Cruise Sales and Product Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences and needs, offering expert advice on luxury cruise options and itineraries. Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to booking, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for every client.
