Antella Travel Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting our client who are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team with a particular focus on London. Our client is one of the UK's leading destination management companies specialising in luxury inbound travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and securing hotel and accommodation contracts ensuring competitive rates and availability. This role is hybrid based in Central London.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships, contracting, and strategic partnerships with select key accommodation accounts
  • Proactively research, identify, and onboard new partner accounts to expand the product line
  • Conduct regular supplier audits, evaluations, and in-field meetings to ensure partnerships remain mutually beneficial and highly productive
  • Analyse performance data, market research, and partner metrics to identify growth opportunities through promotions and tactical offers
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to effectively deliver promotional offers and tactical campaigns to key clients
  • Represent the company at select trade fairs, FAM trips, networking events, and industry appreciation events
