We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing UK Inbound DMC for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to focus on the Spanish-speaking groups markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional with strong B2B relationships across Spain and wider Spanish-speaking regions, promoting and selling group travel programmes to the UK & Ireland.

Location Options:

  • London Hybrid
  • Remote – Barcelona
  • Remote – Madrid

Business Development Manager / Account Manager Role:

  • Develop and grow B2B partnerships with travel agents and tour operators across Spanish-speaking markets
  • Promote UK & Ireland group travel programmes
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings
  • Work closely with operations and product teams to create competitive group itineraries

Business Development Manager / Account Manager Experience:

  • Previous experience within UK Inbound Groups, DMC, or Group Travel sales essential
  • Strong existing contacts with B2B agents/tour operators in Spanish-speaking regions
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and grow a market strategically

Additional experience within LATAM markets would be highly advantageous.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience, market knowledge, and location.
