Group Travel Executive – hybrid role in Central London. Base salary to £31,000 + bonus and benefits. Our client is a specialist tour operator that runs group tours within Europe, working with travel agent partners and direct consumers worldwide. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Group Travel Executive to join the groups team with a focus on ad hoc groups, tailormade or repeat tours. Candidates must have travel experience; groups experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Managing new and existing accounts; series and ad hoc groups, tailormade or repeat tours
- Designing and quoting new itineraries for group travel
- Operating and invoicing group travel, including dealing with pre- and post-departure queries from groups
- Attending supplier workshops and training sessions
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the travel industry or within a customer care role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail, well-organised, excellent communication skills
Base Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary to £31,000 based on experience + bonuses
