The Role

This is a hands-on, front-line sales role where you will lead from the front, driving new client acquisition while helping shape the sales function as it grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying, targeting, and winning new corporate travel clients (SME to mid-market)
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
  • Developing senior-level relationships and positioning the business competitively within the market
  • Creating and executing a clear, commercially focused sales strategy
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Supporting the development of a scalable and high-performing sales function

About You

We are looking for a confident, commercially driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the corporate travel sector and a proven ability to deliver results.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within corporate travel / TMC sales
  • A strong track record of winning SME and corporate new business while exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Strong networking and business development capabilities
  • A commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on results
