Our client is a luxury travel company who specialise in worldwide holidays. They are now seeking to recruit an assistant retail travel manager to help manage and lead a team of consultants for their Guildford store.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding retail sales targets.
- Supporting the branch manager.
- Motivating a team of travel consultants.
- Responsible for the development of all staff.
- Selling travel arrangements based on clients' requirements and budgets.
Experience Required:
