Travel Commercial and Marketing Manager
Base Salary 45,000 + Great Benefits
Hybrid – Surrey
Our client is an award-winning travel company who specialise in creating memorable bespoke tours within Latin America and the Polar regions.
Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced travel Commercial and Marketing Manager to join the team.
This is a pivotal hands on role with the responsibility of supporting and leading the commercial strategy across the marketing and product teams to build brand visibility, revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.
This role brings together practical execution, data-driven insight, and leadership to achieve commercial success.
To be considered, candidates must have experience within the travel industry gained within a market, product or commercial role with product knowledge of the Latin America region.
This role is offered a hybrid basis (2 days per week on the office) with the office based in South West London/Surrey.
Travel Commercial and Marketing Manager Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Execute marketing and product strategies aligned with company goals.
Support the product portfolio performance, ensuring profitability & market relevance across all product lines.
Assist in forecasting and managing revenue targets across marketing and product lines.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI.
Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing activity to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and loyalty.
Oversee paid media, SEO, email, organic social, partnerships, and offline marketing.
Create and manage PR initiatives including media relations, press releases, and press trips.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial strategy.
Build and manage Partnership strategies with tourist boards, cruise lines, and other strategic partners.
Lead, mentor, and support a small cross-functional team across the marketing and product departments
Travel Commercial and Marketing Manager Experience Required:
Previous experience in a commercial, product, or marketing management role within the travel industry is essential.
Hands-on marketing experience across digital and offline channels, with a focus on performance and ROI.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in representing the business externally.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions.
Understanding of product development, contracting, and supplier negotiation.
Bring experience or a strong understanding of the Latin American tourism sector.
Travel Commercial and Marketing Manager Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary to 45,000 depending on experience
24 days annual leave
10 days fam trip allowance
Hybrid Working – 2 days per week in the office
