They are looking for a motivated and experienced Groups & Sales Operations Executive to join their growing team in London. The Role

As Groups & Sales Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day sales operation of the group travel business, working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and key partners. You will help drive sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and ensure processes are efficient, effective and consistently deliver a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to support and deliver sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyse sales activity and performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Review and optimise sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and other key stakeholders
  • Support the sales team with guidance, information and training to help maximise performance

You should have:

  • Proven experience within sales operations, ideally within group travel or a related travel environment
