In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our client's group and sales operations, ensuring seamless collaboration, streamlined processes, and a customer-centric approach.
You will lead and motivate staff, monitor team performance, and ensure operational procedures are followed consistently. Acting as a key link between management and frontline teams, supporting business objectives through effective coordination, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
As the Group and Sales Operations Supervisor , you will:
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our client's group operational team, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure a high level of attention to detail across the entire booking process, from initial quotation to post-travel follow-up
Ensure all bookings and reservations are accurately entered and maintained in Tourplan NX
Issue invoices to clients in line with agreed
