About the Position
We are currently seeking a highly organised and versatile Business Administrator. This position is a role based around the Leeds or Manchester area on a hybrid basis. Part-time working is possible in this role and there is flexibility to agree preferred working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Project support including data entry, format editing, document quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and grammatical reviews, report generation, finalising, and distribution of reports.
- Managing office supplies and equipment, management of hot desk allocation and meeting rooms booking.
- Subcontractor and/or vendor invoice processing and database management.
- Attendance at off-site meetings would be required.
The list is not exhaustive and other tasks need to be taken onboard as the company expands its operation.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- 2 - 5 years of similar experience with strong grammatical proofing, editing, and formatting expertise.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail in finalising client reports.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is mandatory.
