About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our service lines in the preparation, quality assurance, and delivery of project outputs.

This role is integral to ensuring that reports, technical documents, and other client deliverables are produced to a consistently high standard and issued efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Word skills and be confident producing professional, client-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting project teams with the preparation, formatting, and finalisation of client deliverables.
  • Coordinating document production activities, including formatting, compilation and quality checks.
  • Undertaking quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of reports and project documentation.
  • Carrying out grammatical, spelling, and consistency reviews to ensure high-quality client-facing outputs.
  • Managing document version control and ensuring compliance with company branding and document standards.
  • Assisting with the issue and distribution of final reports and deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining project records, document registers, and filing systems.
  • Supporting project managers and technical teams with administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business documentation when required.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed and issued within agreed timescales.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • 2–5 years' experience in an administrative, project support, document control, or similar role.
  • Strong grammatical proofreading, editing, and document formatting expertise.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality outputs.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, with proven experience formatting complex documents, applying styles, managing templates, tables of contents, headers and footers, and preparing professional client-ready reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience of Power BI would be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience of document management systems and version control processes would be advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work.

The position is based in our office in central Nottingham with occasional travel required.
