We are currently seeking a Transactions Support Consultant or Senior Consultant based in London / South East to join Antea Group UK, our established EHS consulting operation based in the United Kingdom. As a key member of the Transactions Support practice, your primary responsibilities will be to support multinational clients across a broad spectrum of due diligence work, for both real estate and corporate M&A transactions. You will also work closely with our in‑house flood risk, sustainability / ESG and ground investigation teams to help deliver multi‑disciplinary advice. This is a full‑time role.
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES
- Experience in writing Phase 1 Environmental Assessments.
- Ability to work confidently and independently on complex assignments.
- Basic project management skills, both as a team member and task leader.
- Strong technical report writing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make insightful recommendations and independent judgments.
- Understanding of how their work impacts project success and customer experience.
- Willingness to train, develop and direct other team members.
- Strong collaboration and effective communication skills.
- Ability to promote and exemplify firm values and foster a professional, inclusive culture.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
PREFERRED QUALITIES
- Understanding and experience of application of ESG and Sustainability concepts within the real estate and corporate M&A sectors.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable Environmental Due Diligence or geo‑environmental experience.
- Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check.
- A valid driver’s licence for business travel.
