We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Executive – ECM / IBM CMOD Administration to support and manage enterprise content management and archival systems within a dynamic production environment. The role involves administration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) platforms and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) systems, including reports, applications, users, and storage components.
- Support report offloading and onboarding activities for enterprise applications and system replatform initiatives.
- Configure and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes, storage sets, storage nodes, and printers within CMOD.
- Monitor and maintain database performance, cache storage, archive storage, and backup systems.
- Automate recurring operational and housekeeping activities using Shell and Python scripting.
- Support backup, recovery, system tuning, and performance optimization activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMOD-related production incidents, server issues, network issues, and application integration concerns.
- Support automation of report loading and workflow processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of operational and project-related tasks.
- Handle service requests, incident tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures.
