We are looking for an experienced ECM / IBM CMOD Administrator to manage and support enterprise content management and archival systems. The role involves administration, automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environments, along with supporting report onboarding, storage management, and system optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in CMOD administration, scripting, database management, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environments including hardware, software, reports, and user access
  • Support report offloading and onboarding activities for enterprise applications and replatform initiatives
  • Configure and maintain CMOD components including application groups, applications, folders, indexes, storage sets, and printers
  • Monitor and maintain database, cache storage, archive storage, and backup systems
  • Automate routine operational and housekeeping tasks using Shell and Python scripting
  • Manage backup, recovery, tuning, and performance optimization of CMOD systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CMOD-related production incidents, server issues, network issues, and application integration problems
  • Support report loading processes and workflow automation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project and operational deliverables
  • Handle service requests, incident management, and root cause analysis
  • Recommend process improvements and implement operational efficiencies
  • Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
