The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To provide technical claims handling within agreed authority levels as well as technical expertise to junior adjuster referrals. Working within Antares Global policy and procedures ensuring full compliance with external and internal KPIs. Monitoring wider account performance through regular oversight and data analysis (as required). Support key stakeholders in the business, including the underwriters and actuaries in evaluating the business from the perspective of reserving and pricing. Provide claims management support to cedants and brokers. Occasional travel and participation in client or market meetings may also be required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Service and investigate claims
- Regular reviews of outstanding claims and maintaining up to date claim records
- Provide technical support to Line Manager / Head of Claims and ensures technical knowledge is updated and maintained
- Develop and maintain good internal and external relationships to facilitate prompt and proper handling of claims, queries and investigations
- Provide information regularly / as requested to support the team / Group
- Assist line manager and RI team with RI recoveries
- To be aware of and adhere to the Sanctions guidelines
