We’re a collaborative and an inclusive organisation where every voice is valued, and every individual can grow and thrive.**We combine deep expertise with a supportive culture to deliver outstanding results for our clients and a fulfilling experience for our colleagues.Whatever stage of your career you'll find a place to belong, contribute, develop and we’d love to hear from you.**Key Accountabilities and Performance Indicators*** Ongoing bordereaux, data and performance analysis, as well as making sure all facility underwriting guidelines and mandates are being adhered to.* Accuracy of data management.* Awareness of each facility’s underwriting mandates.* Making sure all internal data is in line with and as up to date as possible given the situation for each facility.* Effective bordereaux administration is carried out, including chasing, uploading, validation and query resolution of bordereaux.* Maintenance of accurate internal records for each facility.* Assist in the preparation of reports for coverholder and binding authority performance monitoring.* Assist in the creation and implementation of binding authority performance reports to form the basis of underwriter discussions and further broker/coverholder contact.* Preparation and management of an internal dashboard report covering the performance of the portfolio and for reporting upwards to the Class Underwriter and senior management.* Design and implement a suitable dashboard style report to provide continual transparency on the whole portfolio.* Cooperating in regular coverholder meetings and reviews.* Organise and participate in regular client meetings.* Preparation for upcoming renewals - liaising with all relevant departments for data collection; Exposure Management, Actuarial, DUA, and Claims.* Plan and diarise a suitable plan for managing upcoming renewals and suitable liaison with relevant other teams.* Regular liaison with Pricing Actuaries in order to monitor and record ongoing performance.* Close working relationship with Actuarial Team.* Performing brief assessments on new business to evaluate suitability.* Assisting Class Underwriter on assessing new business opportunities.* Data preparation for reinsurance renewal on an annual basis.* Assisting Class Underwriter on preparation for annual reinsurance renewal.* Work with the Underwriting Services Inwards team on maintaining recording requirements for risks attaching policy records.* Accurate recording and reconciliation of all risks attaching premiums.* Write and maintain process and procedures documentation.* Clear, concise and up-to-date procedures documentation.* Creates, implements, maintains and continually try to improve technical and service standards.* Improved and enhanced service provided.* Ensure own continuous training and development* Ensure own training plan is monitored and completed.* Ensures productive working relationships are established and maintained with all internal and external customers.* Develops and maintains a good understanding of customers’ views and requirements, both internal and external.* Takes responsibility for own and colleagues’ Health & Safety at all times.* Statutory, personal and Company Health & Safety policy regulations are adhered to.* To ensure AGML Customers are treated fairly at all times, in accordance with the Conduct Risk Policy and other relevant policies and procedures.* Compliance with applicable Lloyd’s Minimum Standards and AGML policies and procedures.* Satisfactory performance as reflected in relevant Conduct Risk MI.* To be aware and adhere to all obligations under GDPR, ensuring that the business complies with these requirements.* To avoid breaches and to report them to the Data Protection Officer when they occur regardless of whether electronic or on paper.* Adherence to AGML policies and procedures in relation to GDPR.* Timely completion of ongoing training in relation to GDPR.### About AntaresAt Antares, we empower our talented team members through active involvement and collaboration, driving strategic and business goals whilst delivering exceptional services to our customers and partners.Our unique organisational structure fosters unparalleled sharing of information, knowledge and expertise, creating a vibrant and innovative working environment.Our culture of excellence is fuelled by continuous learning and development opportunities across all areas of our international operations.
