A leading manufacturer of technically advanced and intelligent power amplifiers that support activities in the dynamic, multi domain integration of Electronic Warfare environments.
As Quality Control Assistant, you will report directly to the Quality Control Manager; your primary responsibility will be quality control and quality assurance for all products produced within the factory.
Primary responsibilities:- Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos of 'Zero Defects, Remember Why'
- Working alongside the QC Manager, to inspect and report on products produced during daily production
- Offer feedback, support and training, where necessary, for Assemblers across the range of various products
- Work with the QC Manager to ensure that the structured Quality system used remains with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001
- Support the overall improvement of processes through internal quality systems
- Support the development of production documentation
- Analyse report and maintain control of the Non-Conformance Reporting processes
- Covering for the QC Manager in stand-ups and meetings where necessary

- Previous experience of Electromechanical manufacturing
- Current experience of Quality control in a factory environment
- Soldering standards of IPC 610
- Understanding of IPC 620
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work
- Must be able to pass BPSS clearance
- Nationality must be within NATO
Working hours 8.30am-5pm, Monday – Friday
Based on site in Ross-on-Wye
Salary dependant on experience
