We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our growing Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide a high level of support to our clients, mentor junior engineers, and play a crucial part in maintaining our systems., * Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Draytek, Netgear, HP, Watchguard)

Use our Remote Management and Monitoring platform (RMM) for network maintenance and system upgrades

Provide Level 1 and 2 support to resolve issues

Collaborate with engineers to ensure excellent service delivery

Support cloud-based telephony/SIP trunks configuration

Conduct site visits to clients when necessary

Contribute to the development of operating procedures, knowledgebase, and documentation.

Manage and support Microsoft 365 tenancies and applications

Configure and support internet connectivity services

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills. You will have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 1st/2nd line support role

Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, HTTPS)

Understanding of Windows OS and server administration (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies)

Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (VMWare, HyperV)

Knowledge of cyber-security solutions (e.g., Sentinel One, BitDefender)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
