We are looking for a customer-focused team member to support our regional sales team and deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be the main inbound contact for customers in your portfolio, managing enquiries, processing orders, and building strong customer relationships. You will also identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, helping the team achieve regional sales targets.
About the Role
- Manage inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Build strong customer relationships across the region
- Identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Process stock and indent orders accurately and efficiently
- Create and maintain price lists and pricing terms
- Keep CRM records up to date for clear business visibility
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines, with TAM support
- Escalate customer opportunities, technical issues, or pipeline updates as needed
- Work closely with Telephone Account Managers to support sales growth
