Join our growing team as a junior CAD Technician and help deliver our customers with bespoke packaging solutions! This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Junior CAD Technician looking to build their career within the packaging industry. You will play a key role in supporting the production of technical drawings and packaging design specifications, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver accurate CAD artwork and structural designs that support product development.
About the Role
- Produce and update CAD drawings and technical plans
- Testing and inputting results on our systems
- Assist senior designers with refining bespoke packaging orders
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications and industry standards
- Maintain accurate drawing records and revision control
- Draw basic packaging designs and support the team with more complex designs
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines
- Conduct basic measurements, calculations and site visits when required
- Follow company CAD standards and health & safety regulations
