We’re looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional looking to develop their career in a commercially focused role with broad exposure across the Antalis business. You’ll play a key part in supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making, working closely with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight that helps drive business performance.

About the Role

  • Prepare monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial performance analysis
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance drivers and support commercial decision-making
  • Support the Head of Business Partnering with strategic analysis, planning, and ad hoc projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and efficiencies

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or actively studying towards qualification
  • Previous experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or commercial finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insight
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
  • Experience with systems such as Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar would be advantageous
