We are looking for a customer focused team member to support our regional sales team and deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will be the main inbound contact for customers in your portfolio, managing enquiries, processing orders, and building strong customer relationships. You will also identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, helping the team achieve regional sales targets.
