We’re embarking on a transformation of our supply chain and distribution network, and are seeking a Head of Supply Chain Transformation to lead this exciting initiative. This is a fixed-term, 18-month contract. You’ll drive meaningful change across our operations, working collaboratively with stakeholders to modernise processes, enhance 3PL performance, and optimise our end‑to‑end distribution.
About the Role
- Lead the transformation roadmap, ensuring smooth collaboration with key Operational, Commercial, Management, and Project teams.
- Drive change in a unionised environment, fostering positive relationships with union representatives while maintaining service continuity.
- Redesign our warehouse layouts and processes, ensuring improvements are safe, efficient, and compliant.
- Strengthen performance with third‑party providers (3PLs) and implement robust governance and accountability.
- Champion our commitment to a 'safety‑first' culture throughout all changes.
- Leverage data and technology, including WMS/TMS, to implement informed decisions and track progress.
- Manage the transformation budget, delivering measurable cost savings and service improvements.

- You will excel at building trusted relationships with teams and stakeholders, using your skills to align diverse interests and drive transformation.

- Previous success in partnering with unions through consultation and negotiation around operational change.
- Experience managing 3PL performance contracts and ensuring supplier accountability.
