  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive success by developing and executing dynamic sales strategies to exceed targets within your territory. Proactively identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting, networking and lead generating.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong and lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that create real value and loyalty.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert in our lubricants range, mastering the features, benefits, and real-world applications that set our products apart. Communicate product value propositions clearly to customers and provide technical support.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Use insights to anticipate customer needs and challenges and position our products as the clear choice.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our products. Lead negotiations with skill and confidence to secure favourable terms and contracts.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of your sales pipeline and progress using CRM and Power BI tools. Generate and share regular reports and insights to track performance and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Collaborate to push boundaries, drive results, and consistently meet or exceed your targets.
