We’re working with a leading residential property developer to hire a Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years' experience at Marketing Executive level within the residential property sector, such as real estate developers, commercial or residential property agencies, or lettings/sales agencies. Please note that experience in B2C property marketing is essential, as the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running with developments currently live in areas like Nine Elms and Wandsworth.
This role reports into the Marketing Managers and is ideal for someone confident in managing campaigns, briefing creative work, and coordinating multichannel activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate marketing campaigns across live residential developments
- Brief and manage agencies on email marketing, CGI, video, signage, and brochure creation
- Support the planning and delivery of events, show home openings, and site launches
- Maintain and update development websites and property listings (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla)
- Regular site visits to check branding, signage, and customer experience
- Collate marketing data and contribute to reporting and campaign analysis
- 2–3 years' experience in a B2C property marketing role (real estate, commercial/residential developers, lettings/sales agencies)
- Confident managing multi-channel campaigns and briefing creative/digital agencies
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and across multiple projects simultaneously
- Driving licence and access to a car not essential
