Our client is a prestigious Indian luxury brand that artfully blends royal heritage, traditional craftsmanship, and modern sophistication in perfect bespoke menswear for their distinguished clients. As part of its global expansion strategy, we are looking for a seasoned and passionate Global Business Development & Product Alliances Manager to strengthen its European influences, brand presence, and sourcing expertise and to shape the brand’s future success.

Reporting directly to the founder, the role will lead two main initiatives - executing international trunk show events and sourcing strategic brand collaborations beyond apparel. The role focuses on expanding RRJ’s presence in global luxury markets—particularly in London, New York, and Dubai—through curated pop-up events and co-branded product launches aligned with the brand's heritage aesthetic.

The manager will also develop and oversee cross-category collaborations, negotiating partnerships with like-minded designers and ensuring each project fits the brand’s identity and strategy.

A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or fashion-related studies are a plus. 5–7 years of experience in international business development or partnerships within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors is necessary. A commercial mindset and global market fluency, aesthetic sensibility, relationship-building skills, and the ability to represent the brand at a high level are essential.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Indian languages is an asset.
