Our client is looking for a resilient and detail-focused Service Administrator / Dispatch Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. What you’ll be doing:
- Scheduling and dispatching Field Service Engineers
- Managing service contracts, work orders & invoicing (SAP / ServiceMax)
- Liaising with customers and internal teams
- Coordinating spare parts and urgent requests
