Local London Council is seeking a skilled and proactive Test Lead to oversee all QA activities on a major Dynamics 365 Customer Service project. This critical role involves leading the testing strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery across both internal teams and an external delivery partner. The successful candidate will take ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align test scenarios with project requirements. Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Manager in complex digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.

Working Pattern:
Hybrid working: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration as required. The role reports to the Principal Software Engineer and works closely with both internal technical staff and an external implementation partner.
