Antal International is recruiting for its client: a global manufacturer of high‑precision mechanical components for the aerospace industry. The Operations Manager will coordinate approximately 200 employees across production, maintenance, planning, procurement, and warehouse functions, ensuring alignment of operational priorities and effective decision‑making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production, maintenance, planning, procurement, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure execution of the production plan according to MPS and capacity planning.
- Monitor operational KPIs, including availability, productivity, scrap, rework, and on‑time production.
- Oversee supply chain planning parameters and ensure master data accuracy.
- Coordinate the procurement team and support negotiations for major or strategic contracts.
- Supervise warehouse and inventory management, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans and monitor equipment availability.
- Support operational budgeting and resource planning (RCCP).
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
- 7–10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and/or supply chain.
- Proven leadership experience in coordinating operational teams.
- Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
