This position will involve a broad range of administrative, coordination, and office support duties. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and supporting multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and customer records
- Processing engineers’ reports, worksheets, and service documentation
- Scheduling maintenance visits, call-outs, and coordinating engineer diaries
- Raising purchase orders and supporting internal systems
- Assisting with invoicing, supplier documentation, and basic finance admin
- Producing reports and managing data using Excel
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Supporting meeting coordination and general office organisation
- Providing reception cover when required

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bespoke/internal databases (full training provided)
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and team‑oriented approach
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
