Principal responsabilidad del puesto En dependencia directa de la dirección general, como Responsable de Gestión del Territorio Nacional, tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales a nivel nacional para aumentar la cuota de mercado y el crecimiento de la compañía.
  • Coordinar las operaciones y el equipo comercial en todas las regiones de España, asegurando la alineación de objetivos y estrategias.
  • Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones con clientes clave, brokers y partners estratégicos a nivel nacional.
  • Realizar estudios de mercado, identificar oportunidades de negocio y establecer planes de acción para las diferentes zonas.
  • Analizar los KPIs y gestionar el desempeño de los equipos comerciales y operativos, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y procesos internos en todas las regiones de la compañía.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Derecho o afines.
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en el sector de seguros, con experiencia en gestión de equipos comerciales a nivel nacional.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales y en la gestión de operaciones en diferentes regiones.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación con clientes y socios estratégicos.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa y regulaciones del sector asegurador.
  • Residencia en Madrid y disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional según sea necesario.
  • Persona proactiva, orientada a resultados, con capacidad de adaptación a un entorno dinámico.
