Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Originate new business through referrals, networking, and partnerships across relevant markets and sectors.
- Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain regular, proactive engagement with clients to understand evolving financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities by working closely with other business units across the organisation.
- Achieve targets for new client acquisition, assets under management, and revenue generation.

- Identify wealth and tax planning opportunities, referring clients to appropriate wealth planning, fiduciary, and estate planning partners.
- Offer investment solutions including discretionary and advisory portfolio management through internal or partner-managed services.
- Achieve and exceed business targets while maintaining strong cost discipline and risk control.
- Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen the client proposition and enhance overall business performance.
- Monitor the credit and risk exposure within the client portfolio and ensure adherence to internal limits.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance client experience and profitability.
- Ensure all activities comply with UK regulatory standards including FCA and PRA requirements.
- Maintain high standards of client due diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
- Ensure effective documentation, client record-keeping, and portfolio review processes.
- Support a culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability across all business activities.
- Promote a client-centric culture focused on exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure clients receive timely, transparent, and professional advice aligned with their financial objectives.

- Deep understanding of UK financial and regulatory requirements, including FCA conduct standards.
