Are you an organised and proactive administrator with great attention to detail? We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a collaborative and supportive team based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will be working closely with major retail clients including John Lewis, Costco, and Selfridges, handling everything from order processing to after-sales support.
This is a varied role with a steep learning curve, but full training will be provided – perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to be part of a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Order Management: Accurately entering UK and international wholesale orders into the SAP system, sending order confirmations and ETAs, including managing out-of-stock updates, verifying pricing details.
- Financial Documentation: Creating and sending pro-forma invoices.
- Customer Communication: Booking and managing orders through client-specific portals (experience with these systems is a bonus), handling customer queries by phone and email.
- After-Sales Support: Managing returns, pricing queries, and general aftercare for key wholesale accounts.
- Admin & Operations: Completing new line forms and providing product images to customers, monitoring seasonal orders and preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with logistics teams and attending internal meetings, ordering shipment-related materials (labels, sundries), archiving and general admin tasks as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced Sales Administrator.
- Confident IT user – especially Excel and Word.
- Accurate and fast data entry skills.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of initiative.
