We are expanding our London office and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant in London to build and grow a specialist Finance & Accounting recruitment desk.

The role is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position with responsibility for the entire recruitment lifecycle. You'll develop new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships and recruit finance professionals across the permanent market. Working as an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll source and place candidates across roles such as Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, FP&A Analyst, Audit & Assurance, Tax, Treasury and CFO-level positions.

You'll provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring strategy advice while building a strong network of finance professionals across London and the wider UK market. From sourcing and interviewing candidates through to offer negotiation and successful placement, you'll take ownership of every stage of the recruitment process.

What we're looking for:

You'll ideally have between one and three years' experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role with a proven track record of billing and business development. Experience in finance recruitment, accountancy recruitment or financial recruitment is preferred, although recruiters from other specialist sectors with a strong commercial mindset are also encouraged to apply.
