Join a leading freight forwarding team as a Pricing Coordinator! This role supports the sales and pricing function, helping drive commercial success through accurate quotations, data analysis, and pricing strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide spot quotes, ad hoc rates, and tender pricing across air, sea, and road
- Analyse pricing data to guide commercial decisions
- Maintain pricing tools, databases, and reporting
- Liaise with carriers, sales teams, and operational staff to ensure smooth handovers
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices
What you’ll bring:
- Operations experience in Air or Ocean Freight (Ocean preferred)
- Previous pricing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong numeracy + Excel skills
- Excellent communication + negotiation abilities
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset
