Our client, based in West Drayton, is looking for a Licensing Coordinator.

Role Overview
The Approval Coordinator will manage the product approval workflow between internal design, production, and commercial teams, as well as external licensors. You will ensure all product concepts, designs, packaging, and marketing materials meet brand guidelines and are submitted for approval promptly and professionally.

This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong relationships across teams and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the full approval process for licensed products from concept to production.
  • Liaise with brand licensors (e.g., Minecraft, Pokémon) to submit product concepts, designs, packaging, and marketing materials for approval.
  • Track submissions to ensure timely feedback and approvals.
  • Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring version control and documentation accuracy.
  • Communicate licensor feedback clearly to internal teams, ensuring necessary changes are implemented efficiently.
  • Ensure products meet licensor brand guidelines and legal requirements before production.
  • Support licensing compliance queries and documentation for the wider team.
  • Identify potential approval bottlenecks and proactively manage solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Contribute to improving approval processes as the business develops.
