ANT YAPI (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the cost management of MEP works on major projects in Central London.
You will oversee budgeting, tendering, procurement and final accounts, ensuring value, risk control and contractual compliance.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager/MEP Director, you will coordinate with employers, consultants and subcontractors, prepare tender analyses, manage subcontract terms, and drive the commercial strategy to meet project targets.
