We’re hiring a Senior Operations Engineer to own the reliability, security, and observability of institutional‑grade DeFi operations infrastructure. This role is focused on operating production DeFi systems at scale — including vaults, multisigs, on‑chain treasury infrastructure, automation pipelines, monitoring, and security tooling across Ethereum and L2 ecosystems.
What You’ll Work On
- Security automation and transaction policy controls
- Automation reliability, testing, and failure handling
- Monitoring and alerting systems for multi‑chain operations
- Production‑grade DeFi operational infrastructure
- Wallet security, vault operations, and transaction validation
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years in DeFi/Web3 operations
- Experience operating multisigs, vaults, or on‑chain treasury systems
- Strong experience with Safe (Gnosis Safe) SDK and transaction flows
- Security tooling integration experience (Hypernative, Blockaid, Forta, etc.)
- Strong testing and automation engineering background
Nice to Have
- Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, or custom monitoring systems
- ERC-4626 vault experience
- Fireblocks / BitGo familiarity
- Multi‑chain operations across Ethereum & L2s
