Are you confident on the phone, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Call Centre Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have made enquiries online or abandoned their baskets, helping guide them through the sales process and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with web leads and abandoned basket customers
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs
  • Convert enquiries into sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
  • Accurately update customer information and call notes
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Previous sales or call centre experience preferred but not essential
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude
  • Good computer and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

  • Shifts are provided on a rota basis across the following hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
