- Unsociable hours are paid at higher rates: £14.00 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight and £15.00 from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments.
- Engage with businesses across the American market.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all calls.
- Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs.
- Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner.
Working Hours & Location
- Full‑time role, Monday to Friday.
- Working hours fully flexible between 1 p.m. and 2 a.m., aligned with U.S. time zones.
- 37.5–40 hours per week.
- Hybrid model: onsite office training followed by optional remote work.
