  • Hourly wage of £13.00 per hour.
  • Unsociable hours are paid at higher rates: £14.00 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight and £15.00 from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments.
  • Engage with businesses across the American market.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all calls.
  • Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs.
  • Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner.

Working Hours & Location

  • Full‑time role, Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours fully flexible between 1 p.m. and 2 a.m., aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • 37.5–40 hours per week.
  • Hybrid model: onsite office training followed by optional remote work.
