About the Role
We’re a growing B2B sales company working with international clients, and we’re looking for fluent German-speaking Appointment Setters to engage decision-makers in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You’ll be booking warm, qualified B2B appointments for our clients — no cold hard selling, no pressure tactics, just professional conversations.
This role requires daily conversations in German.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking to German-speaking B2B decision-makers via phone
- Qualifying interest and securing warm appointments
- Representing our clients professionally and confidently
- Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
Working hours: 37.5–40 hours per week. Full flexibility required between 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent / native-level German (spoken & written)
- Fluent English
- Confident communicator who enjoys structured targets
- Resilient, motivated, and professional
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven but supportive team (Candidates must have at least 12 months Telesales or F2F Sales Experience)
What We Offer
- £16.00 – £19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonus structure with clear earning potential
